Lemongrass is drunk all over Asia after meals for pure refreshment. Originally from Malaysia it flourishes in any humid clime. Commonly known as an ingredient in Thai cooking it also makes a wonderful, and unexpectedly sweet and citrusy drink. Naturally caffeine free, Great Taste 2020. We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best.
