Lizi’s Original Nuts and Seeds was the first granola created by our founder, Lizi, in the early days of her B&B.
We still make our original granola to the same recipe that was used when it was hand-crafted in a country kitchen.
Packed full of ingredients like oats, seeds and nuts, this free-flowing granola not only tastes great but also packs a punch when it comes to delivering the right amount of fibre needed to keep you feeling a whole lot better.

The recipe has seen some tweaks since it was first created in the 1990s, but all the flavour and crunchiness that first appealed to so many people remains.
