Sea Salt; bring milk chocolate out of its shell. Some people say that all salt is created equal, but we source ours from Halen Mon because we think that the crystals have exactly the right texture and structure to go with our milk chocolate. The salt brings out the caramel notes in the chocolate, creating a perfectly-balanced bar.
