Kalms is a traditional herbal remedy containing a blend of pure plant ingredients that can bring welcome relief from worry and irritability often caused by the stresses and strains of modern living. Kalms Tablets promote natural sleep and can also bring relief to symptoms associated with the menopause including wakefulness, hot flushes and cold sweats. Each tablet contains hop strobiles (Humulus Lupulus L.) 45mg dry extract from Valerian root (valeriana Officinalis.) (equivalent to 135mg of Valerian root) extraction solvent: ethanol 33.75mg dry extract from gentian root (GENTIANA Lutea L.)(Equivalent to 90mg of gentian root) extraction solvent: ethanol. 22.5mg not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Valerian Root, Hops strobiles, Acacia, Beeswax, Calcium Carbonate, Carnauba Wax, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Corn Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Shellac, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Stearic Acid, Sucrose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide

Directions:

For adults 18 years and over. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy or breast – feeding please ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice. If you feel sleepy, do not operate machines. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as this may increase the sedative effect. Adults: Two tablets three times daily with water after meals. Do not store near direct reach of sunlight or moisture prone area
